We combine seamless variable-wall manifold tube forming with machined branch openings and full testing into one supply chain: customer drawing in, tested weld-free manifold bodies out. Service includes: 48-hour 3D-printed prototype for design validation (flow channels, interfaces, fit); no-weld one-piece manifold forming (no welding, no heat-affected zone); machined branch openings ready for compression fittings or threaded connections (NPT/BSPT); cleaning and hydrostatic/pneumatic pressure testing; delivery of tested, weld-free components ready for quick-disconnect and hose attachment. From prototype to pilot to mass production - one partner for the entire fluid path.
